We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
Any used item cannot be refund/return. In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

- Unwanted Products
An unwanted product can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. please email us within 48 hours of delivery on info@nigel-jdmparts.com. We cannot return unwanted items after 14 days of purchase, nor can we return items that have been used. There will be a handling fee 30% of the total amount of the order charged. If you decided to refund, please return the unwanted products to us. We will email you the address once we receive your email. Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) (original, unopened packaging) via post. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
- Faulty Products
Before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault. please email us within 48 hours of delivery on info@nigel-jdmparts.com. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible. If you decided to exchange/ refund, please return the faulty products to us. We will email you the address once we receive your email. Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) via post. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Or your exchange will be on your way. Exchange of the faulty item is free.
- Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery on info@nigel-jdmparts.com. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible. If you decided to exchange/ refund, please return the damage products to us. We will email you the address once we receive your email. Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) via post. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Or your exchange will be on your way. Exchange of the damaged item is free.
Pre-Order Shipments
All pre-orders are charged at the time the order is placed. The product will be shipped on the first available date. Please note that the shipping days might take up to 4 to 8 weeks or longer depends on the stock availability.
- Cancelling an Order
If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please email info@nigel-jdmparts.com to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a full refund of exchange.
- Cancelling an Pre-Order Item
If you choose to cancel an pre-order that you have not yet received, please email info@nigel-jdmparts.com to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund of exchange. There will be a handling fee 50% of the total amount of the order charged.
In case of any dispute, Nigel-jdmparts reserves the right of final decision.
